A. Professional Member - $ 200 annually

Professional Membership Benefits:

To be eligible for membership at the professional level, you must self-certify that you:

• Have completed an initial 40-hour course in mediation.
• Agree to complete 5 additional hours of mediation-specific training in the next year.
• Conduct a minimum of 6 mediations per year (to include settlement conferences).
• Agree to abide by the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators, endorsed by the American Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
• Currently carry professional liability insurance for my work as a mediator.
• Agree to hold harmless and indemnify Professional Mediators of Alaska from any claim or cause of action arising out of my work as a mediator.

B. Associate Member - $100 annually

C. Student Member - $ 25 annually

Discount membership for full-time students - proof of status is established by a student email address.
